Our personal training service is our most hands-on service and is completely customizable to your goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, learn how to live a healthy lifestyle or any other goal unique to you — this service focuses exclusively on what you want to accomplish.
We use a proprietary process to measure your progress and make sure your fitness program is always working towards your goals. Each workout is unique and never repeated to prevent your workouts from being boring.
Length: 45 minute sessions
Size: 1 client, 1 trainer
Times: Any available 45 minute block during business hours
Workout Types: Each workout is completely customized to each client. Strength training, resistance training, cardio, flexibility and mobility work. All workouts end with a 5-minute stretch session.
Ideal for: Anyone wanting hands-on instruction, individual focus from their trainer, and a completely customized-to-them fitness program. If you are new to fitness and uncertain on how to have correct form, this service delves deeply into fitness education and will help you develop a solid understanding of exercising.

How does personal training compare to our other services?
Packages vs memberships
For our personal training and semi-private personal training services, we choose to sell packages of sessions vs monthly memberships.
Why? If you’ve ever signed up for a membership and needed to take a break, go on vacation or you wanted to change how often you used the service, you were required to fill out paperwork or change your membership.
Today, time = money and wasting time on constant updates or changes to a membership is inefficient.
Instead, we sell groups of sessions (see more below) that you can use as you see fit. Whenever you want to book a session with us, you’re able to pull from your package of sessions to fit your needs and schedule.
Need to go on a three week vacation? Recovering from an illness or surgery? Need to take care of your family members?
No problem, since you’re not tied to a membership you won’t lose anything by taking a break. Your remaining package of sessions will be waiting for you whenever you’re ready to return.

Virtual Training
We offer virtual personal training via Zoom or FaceTime for clients that prefer to not come into the studio or are away on a trip.
Our trainers design a workout unique to you that uses whatever equipment you will have handy, even if that means using your bodyweight only or a water jug.
Take advantage of this unique service so you never have to disrupt your workout streak!
Tracking Progress
We use our Styku 3D Body Scanner to take the guesswork out of fitness progress. This advanced technology creates a detailed, full-body scan in seconds. Each scan measures body composition, fat percentage, muscle distribution, and key fitness metrics with incredible accuracy.
Unlike traditional scales, Styku scans provide a visual and data-driven way to track real changes over time. Helping you stay motivated and focused on results that go beyond the number on the scale.

Semi-Private Training
Similar to our 1:1 personal training, you will workout with 1-2 other people at the same time. Your workouts will be customized to your goals and you will benefit from the camaraderie that comes from having wa workout partner!

Small Group Classes
Our classes have from 1-8 participants so that each person gets one-on-one time with the instructor. You’ll never be just a number in a massive class where it is a struggle to keep up or know how to do each workout.. We offer a variety of classes types from Strength Training, HIIT, Stretching and Mobility, and more!

Independent Studio
Already have a workout program? Use our private facility for your workouts. You will have access to our training suites, equipment, cardio area, 3D body scanner, private bathrooms and showers plus all of our other amenities.

Like to workout at home or another facility but not sure how to keep your workouts from getting boring or how to see consistent results? Let our personal trainers design a custom program for you!

Styku - 3D Body Scanner
Use our 3D body scanner on your own or with our other services. Scans take less than 2 minutes to complete and are safe for those with pacemakers. Each scan has over 50 metrics for tracking your fitness progress.
All of our members have access to our Styku as part of their studio amenities.
