Small Group Classes

Never feel like just a number in a large group fitness class ever again. Our small group fitness classes average 3-5 people and are always fun and supportive. Each class attendee will get hands on form correction and instruction from the instructor. Our classes cater to all experience levels!

Length: 45 minute classes

Size: 2-8 people (3-5 people average)

Workout Types: Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, HIIT, Body Pump, Flexibility and Mobility

Ideal for: Those that are budget conscious but don’t want to workout alone or in a large group class like at other gyms. If you have a flexible schedule and want to focus on multiple types of fitness in a group setting, our classes are for you!

Our Services

    Personal Training

    Work 1:1 with our personal trainers towards your unique goals. Each session will be unique and never repeats to keep your workouts fro getting boring. Our staff are experienced in working with mobility restrictions and health issues, all are able to benefit from working with our trainers

    Semi-Private Training

    Similar to our 1:1 personal training, you will workout with 1-2 other people at the same time. Your workouts will be customized to your goals and you will benefit from the camaraderie that comes from having wa workout partner!

    Independent Studio

    Already have a workout program? Use our private facility for your workouts. You will have access to our training suites, equipment, cardio area, 3D body scanner, private bathrooms and showers plus all of our other amenities.

    Styku - 3D Body Scanner

    Use our 3D body scanner on your own or with our other services. Scans take less than 2 minutes to complete and are safe for those with pacemakers. Each scan has over 50 metrics for tracking your fitness progress.

    All of our members have access to our Styku as part of their studio amenities.
